I have looked everywhere and tried everything with my limited knowledge of IR codes and I can't find discrete Power On or Power Off codes.

I'm trying to control the uhp h1 with a Pro Control Pro24z so all I need are the raw hex codes

Since they didn't have it in the Pro Control, RTI, URC or even Harmony. I have been hunting. I'm guessing if they don't have it I may be out of luck.
