Yes indeed, they work. The key was to change repeatcount parameter of these IR codes from 1 to 3.

However I met another problem lately, discrete power on stops working when I plug out power cord and plug it back again. After 'waking up' the TV with original remote all the codes, including discrete power on work.

So I decided to read 'power toggle' IR code from remote to my system and voila! It works even after power supply 'reset'. But that's not the end of my problem, because after about 15mins TV doesn't respond for the power toggle command I read from original remote (and of course for the rest of the codes).

My friend has the same problem with Phillips TV with Android TV. After a while it can be turned on only with original remote, it seems it is entering into deep sleep mode which can be stopped only with specific, unknown for me, code.

Any hints? :)
