We used to get plexiglass very cheap for the CRT projection TVs from the local glass/window replacement company. The few TVs that had a protective sheet over the lenticular and fresnel screens were salvagable. Anyway...the local glass people would custom cut and deliver the screens for a very reasonable price. This was 9-10 years ago, so I don't remember the amount.
