All of the commands worked great. Thanks for the tip with IrScrutinizer. With that I was able to finish up the Dim and Speed Slow command to create a full enough set. This isn't the LED driver you'd want in a big install but for a quick and inexpensive ($25 or less) behind the TV setup it works pretty good.
