Couldn't agree more. BTW, I have to reset APTV's about 10 to 1 compared to Ruko's. I think APTV's are the only device on earth that likes wifi over hardline.
I've had the same problem, only they required restores which means taking it out of the cabinet and connecting to clients computer /itunes account. Roku has been solid.
