Check out tvfool.com. You mentioned Channel 2.1, instead of channel 43. See, 2.1 is what we call the channel that broadcasts on 43.
I'm beginning to think an installer might be able to help you. Well, actually, I always thought that, but maybe it's time. If you have the time to put into this, though, then go for it!
