At least I'm not the only one having fun with this scenario. Unfortunately, I'm not a homeworks dealer, so need to find someone to extract and convert the file for me, and then from there need to troubleshoot the one shade that isn't working. I'm almost hoping the homeowner says to get rid of the shades entirely at this point.
