I just noticed value at Yelp...Looking for places to eat in another city i realized i could order from many right from Yelp. Delivery time is always an hour + but they warn you before you order.

Hoping they have this at home because no other delivery services operate in my area. Boy do i miss Chicago.

It has been apx 2 weeks since i first ordered directly through Yelp. The first time the experience was perfect. I was surprised that the feature even existed and all payment including delivery/tip charges were handled online so all i had to do was answer the door.

Second time was similar but they made a minor mistake with the order.

Third time the food was cold when it showed up but i have a microwave in my hotel room so no big deal.

4th ,5th, 6th attempt ended with me being contacted about 15 minutes after placing my order to be told that they don't have enough drivers to fulfill my order. The 4th and 5th attempt were at 9:00PM on a Saturday and Tuesday. The 6th attempt was today at 4:00PM.

Today something new happened...i was sent a text telling me they didn't have enough drivers and they asked if i wanted to pickup instead. Yes i want to pickup instead...but no i wont be using your 3rd party delivery service (or paying your $7 fee) to place a pickup order.
