Hello,

I have had a UR MX-450 for a number of years and originally was able to program it and it has worked fine. I have recently switched my satellite box for an Comcast Xfinity X1 box and I can't find the codesets on my remote that I have heard should work. I think I heard 195 or 202 should work but I don't have them. I opened the archiver software for the URC clicked live update and I get a pop up that says update is available software will be restarted and it prompts me to say Ok. When I click ok nothing that I can tell anyway happens. I tried downloading firmware and IR database updates and that seems to work but I don't see any new codes after that.

Please help me figure out what I'm missing. I liek the remote and would like to continue using it.
