Here is the plan (as of right now):
My class/test ends Thursday, no later than 5PM.
Brendon is coming in Thursday afternoon. We'll hang out and do whatever.
We're hoping to spend full day on Friday at Snap, but haven't confirmed those plans with G.Paul, yet.
Friday afternoon/night is all open.
Checkout of the hotel on Saturday morning to catch mid-morning/noonish flights.
Mine is scheduled for 11AM from CLT.
As for accommodations;
I'm not renting a car as hotel shuttle will pick me up from airport and my training is few hundred feet away.
Brendon is probably going to rent small car, unless we need to upgrade (depending on # of folks).
I'm planning on staying at Hyatt Place Charlotte/City Park (482 feet from Control4) 4119 South Stream Boulevard, Charlotte, North Carolina, USA 28217
Depending on how many people want to crash here, I might have to upgrade a room, unless we do it CEDIA style and sleep on the floor/tub :-)
