So it seems that the new Android powered Sony's have issues with URC Total Control for IP control.

Exactly what issues are they having?
I have no issues with C or D series sets. only issues with () and some B series was that they had to get turned on with WoL.
I have not seen any Manufacturer supported IP drivers for any other major TV manufacturers.
