Like the door guy who was cutting aluminum mullions with a skil saw while not wearing any hearing protection. That combination makes a hugely loud shrieking sound. I yelled at him "Do you have any kids? Do you ever want to hear the voices of your grandkids?"
I bet that this was a young guy who probably already had hearing damage from having their headphones on max.
If I am 10 feet from someone with headphones, either over ear or in ear. And I can clearly hear the music and signing, then it's way too loud.
