Yes the feature is on the OS but tech support says they ( pakedge) do not support that feature. They said I should call Fortinet who makes the router. I think I am going to get them to help but they first told me to call pakedge. Yes I am a dealer but I stopped buying from them because the systems I bought and put in never worked right and I had to replace the equipment. At&T Uverse is big here and Pakedge is having problems getting there router to work behind the new AT&T router.Tech support was great when I was able to get them. But when they told me the feature was not supported. I said it's on the dash board and the sent me to a higher tech that said they just didn't support the feature But using two internet providers if one goes down I need to know.
