Pakedge will not support the email notification feature. I have the ping server part set up and it will switch to the second service if the first goes down I just want to be emailed so I know it happened.
Well that's interesting to hear considering the feature is present in the OS. Have you tried kicking it up a level or two? Are you an authorized dealer?
