I have a 60C Router with 2 internet provides.
I am having problems getting the e-mail notification to work. I want to get an email if one of the services goes down. I have talked to Pakedge and they say they don't support the feature and to call Fortinet. Fortinet says to call Pakedge. Is there a way to #1 get an email from the 60C and #2 Can I get an email when 1 or the services goes down ( WAN1 ) and if you got email to work do I need to setup a DNS ( I saw this in a post about setting up the noticfication).
The feature is in setup in the dash board
