Ive used a soundcast sub cast before to send stereo. But there was no speakers around so I'm not sure if there was delay in the audio from the subcast.
[Link: gosoundcast.com]There's a switch on the units that toggles between no latency (shorter distances) and delay (longer range). They call it something like " same room" and "multi room". The only way to know it it will work with no delay is to try it.
