Long shot here, but if anyone has updated firmware on a Kramer SID-X2N, can you let me know approximately how long it is supposed to take?

I had to leave voice message and send email to tech. support. No answer yet. I sat there and let it go for as long as I could handle. I now started the process at the office and will see if it makes it to the end by morning.

I am using a Belkin USB>serial adapter. It looks like it is making progress in the flash software. But holy smokes it is S L O W ! I am watching the TX/RX LEDs on the Belkin....and they both flash once every ~5 seconds. I am not sure that is an indicator of improper settings for the adapter....or if it just takes this long to re-flash the chip.

Anyone with first hand experience, chime in please.
