This looks like what I've heard ring in an auto body shop: [Link: thetelecomspot.com].

The web page says
Aluminum bell housing
- Shell size: 6 inch
- Integral RFI suppression
- Screw terminal connections and RJ-11 plug
- Motor-driven
- Tamper resistant volume control
- Applications: telephone ringers
- For phone systems with a programmed contact closure
- Requires WH-DCI2424 power supply

I can't imagine what "motor-driven" means, but the rest makes sense. A Viking product that provides a contact closure is all that's needed along with this. I just realized the Viking product might have to be made to work on more than one phone line, though. It depends on the setup; your phone system might have a contact closure option on it.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
