OK,
These signals are the Aiwa IR protocol, device 80, subdevice 0

Function Number  EFC
Power       0   40250
Display    10  40298
Mute        23  40402
Direct        5  40346
EQ           11  40426
REF         12  40202
Damping    6  40282
Level dn   27  40418
Level up   26  40290

Many JP1 capable remotes can shoot these signals.
The most flexible remote is the OARUSB04G, because it can be computer programmed through its USB connector, so you'll be able to send any IR protocol. However, you will need to learn to use the free RMIR software.

Or get a an Atlas 1056B01 (don't get 1056B03) or RCRP05B.  These last two can be manually programmed, or computer programmed after buying a <$10 interface cable.

Here's how to manually program the remotes.
Assign Setup code 1405 to the Audio button
1) Press Audio
2) Press Setup until 2 blinks
3) Enter 1405  --should get two blinks

Manually program buttons of your choosing (except device buttons)
1) Press Audio
2) Press Setup until 2 blinks
3) Enter 994    -- 2 blinks
4) Tap Setup (don't hold it)
5) Enter a 5 digit EFC from above
6) Press the button you want this function on
The remote should blink twice
