Did you go through the pairing exercise as called out in the documentation? I am wondering if by chance you did not enter a serial number correctly or something and the script is popping up a dialog box.
Ensure that you are running the firmware that the site may state is required. Could be that they need a later/newer version of firmware on your remote.
