I have a CNXLIR and i cannot get it to connect to DEAL. I have it powered on and DEAL does not recognize it. I have tried a few different RS-232 to usb cables and none are working for me. Anyone know of any cables that will work or the pin outs to do it myself?
You've gone into device manager and checked the settings on the usb adapter is correct for the Crestron device? The first one I used came with 115200 set as default, maybe check it.
