One scene in the TV show ER, years ago, had a Latino patient returning to the hospital with some kind of poisoning. They figured out he had taken WAY too much of the prescribed medicine.
He had taken eleven pills when he should have taken one per day. The instructions said something like "take one pill once per day."
"Once" is the Spanish word for eleven. Take one pill eleven times per day.
