DLNA-enabled equipment and the type you're describing require that the computer's Sharing set to On. If they just want to point a computer to a web page, why not just install one with a small case, hide it and connect it directly to the projector and control it with BT keyboard that has a mouse pad? That would be less expensive and it could do more.
