When you actually simulate the above code in PEP2 and actually press the button, the output you will see in the ProntoScript Console is as follows:
Installed Proxy
intercepted request for:INPUT_CHANNEL_FORMAT
intercepted request for:TEST_PANEL
The text in TEST_PANEL will be updated to 'intercepted:2/0/.0'.
