It's not supposed to work, because the URC-7130 is a 3 device remote.  Is can handle TV, Cable/SAT, and Video (DVD/DVR/Media players) types of devices.

You can make it control every function on the RX-V1900 if you buy  a JP1 interface cable, and use the free RMIR software to program the 7130.
