The house we purchased had a RTI RP1 and M2 controller and remote with the home theater system. Lighting wiped out the controller and all the equipment. I am replacing the equipment myself but I am looking for an alternative to the RTI dealer supported products. I am not going to pay someone to come to my home and reprogram my remote if I change equipment. What are some of the alternatives that I can program myself. The equipment is in an closet about 50ft from the TV. Thanks for the response.
