Don't get me wrong, I am not necessarily anti-union, but some times the work rules are too pro-worker to the point where the plant is not profitable and company packs up and leaves. Or even worse, goes under.
As a small business owner, would any of you put up with an employee who showed up 2 hours late once a week because they knew you couldn't fire them for it? Who is that acceptable to?
