Just found it! The code to select the Netflix app is 0x42 ("My Apps"), I generated it using IrScrutinizer following the steps above (Nec1, Device 4, Sub 251, Function 0x42).
It opens the smart menu and selects the app directly but to fire it I need to send ENTER right after it.
Anyways it's much more reliable than sending SMART, RIGHT, ENTER.
