I've just started using Greenlight for most of our systems:

I always setup network monitoring for most of the gear we install, but this gives that extra level of detail into the control system and has already saved me 4 truck rolls. They have support for most major control systems (RTI, C4, Crestron, AMX...) and I'm really loving it so far. If you are interested in remote access and monitoring, you should definitely check it out.
