I'll bet that before he started this thread, he looked at the depth he had available, subtracting what will be necessary for wiring, and then asked us about a receiver the size of that remaining amount.

He's a pro, right? Do you need him to come on here and discuss all the dimensions of the cabinet so you can, yourself, subtract for wiring? I admit that I sometimes call WHOA and ask to back up a step, but that's when I see a question for what looks like a bad idea. I then want to know how the guy got to that point, and often another solution presents itself.

Give him credit for asking for what he needs. He could have written a term paper on it, but you guys often don't like it when I point out everything I see... so, no winning.
