Do you have any universal remotes? Depending on what type, you could try all 64 possible commands and discover the new/moved commands in about 5 minutes. If your universal takes pronto hex, use IRScrutinizer to generate all the commands using Dish Network protocol, D 0, S 0, F 0..63, export format text. It will save you some time if you only try the as yet unused OBCs (F codes): 17, 21, 25, 29, 40, 42-44, 46, 48, 51, 62

The original # (search) was 38.

If you have a JP1 remote, these can be tested very easily without programming. Setup the remote for Dish (setup code CBL 0775 or 00775), then tap Setup then each of the following. The command is sent when the last digit is pressed. If none of the commands do anything, then IR codes for them do not exist.
