Well, you could use IrScrutinizer to decode a few of the Pronto Hex for LG that are listed in posts here.  Or, the JP1 community has upgrades for LG Tvs, and the file JP1Master  would show you that just about all LG TVs use NEC1 device 4.   BTW, by convention for NEC if the sum of the device and subdevice number is 255, the subdevice is normally omitted.
