What I did is:

Setup Timeclock -> Away

Selected every day with a fixed time of 7:30PM
I added 3 different room lighting devices at 100%

I then created a phantom keypad with a Vacation Mode button set to Timeclock Mode -> AWAY

I then transfer and press the Vacation Mode button on the phantom keypad.
