You could use a brushed 1U pass through grommet below the switch (assuming you need something for a front-mounted switch), for a relatively clean look and if you have the RUs, or can you mount the switch to the back?



I see Neat Patch is 3" deep, and Panduit's most shallow Horizontal Cable Management PatchLink is 2.7", so those are out.
