If I was working on this, I would grab a few paperclips, a soldering iron, and a DB9 cable and just hack together a cable with the info in this thread and others.
Chances are, those keypads arent going to survive a reflash anyway.....
I used bare Cat5 conductors doubled over and connected to an Easy Adapters DB-9. I was planning on using paperclips, but this worked. Scary as hell trying to mess with programming on these things while the conductors are dangling around, barely making contact, might fall out, etc...
