In the meantime what about a
classic?Somewhat lavish by BBC standards and I find it amusing they've managed to condense it into six hour long episodes, in contrast to Peter Jackson dragging out The Hobbit into three two hour plus films - way, way too much.
P.S. Bit OT, but at least in the right place. Unlike some it would seem, both the wife and I thoroughly enjoyed "The Force Awakens" - the first time we've been to a magic lantern show since "Beverly Hills Cop." However, considering the time lapse I was a little bit disappointed by the quality of the image - bearing in mind that the previous week I watched a re-run of "2001 - A Space Odyssey" - the image quality of which being almost immaculate.
Perhaps this is how it is these days, I just thought that in the days of HD, Super HD, Super Duper Pooper HD, cinema film quality would at least be on a par with an almost 50 year old film.
