Looks like the RS232 protocol is available on the manufacturer's web site. You can input the codes into your MSC-400 file, then put them in onboard macros or make a smart macro group for your remotes. I did this for the Monoprice 4x4 matrix and it's been rock-solid for more than 5 years.
