Having done a stint as a real estate agent, there were some rules for showing a home:


1. A dab of vanilla on a light bulb (off and cool at that moment) will certainly help with the nice aromas.

2. All lights on and curtains/blinds open t allow natural light as well.

3. All the sellers family pictures OFF the walls.

4. Soft music in as many rooms as possible.

5. Kitchen counters cleared, cabinets organized and more empty than not.

6. CLEAN!
