Most buyers don't care if the oven in the kitchen has a self cleaning feature either. But the smell of a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies in the oven when they walk through sure helps move a house. Same goes for some pleasant background music through the house as they look around. So while what we do won't up the price, it can move the house faster
Casey, cookies in the house makes it feel 'homy'; it has nothing to do with the kitchen.
Audio can be the same; it's not about speakers in the ceilings -- it's about making a building 'feel' more cozy.
