No one walking through a new home cares if they can turn music on and off in various rooms, it will be enough that something nice is playing in 1 room and they understand that the house was wired for an entertainment system.
Once they actually have a buyer, they should then be sending them your way.
You just don't know what interest level the buyer will have until they are in front of you discussing their needs.
And at that point it will become obvious that "the house was wired" will be shown to be ridiculously underdone, with the entire house buttoned up and few desired changes possible. This is especially true for houses built on slabs.
