We are integrating a doorking 1812 new unit to a control4 system. The gate company did not even connect it to the phone system, so we have to do that also. We have never done it. It looks simple - connect the incoming phone line from the street to one side, the house line to the other side, and the doorking unit it the middle. They have an analog panasonic t824 phone system.

- does any programing have to be done on the panasonic side, or is it all doorking?
- is there a way to tap into the doorking phone unit to connect to control4, or do we have to have a wire from the doorking relay to the HC800 relay input?
