I have Dish and it only started in the last month or less. When I get my free cable, ahem from my previous comment, I'll check it out there.
Weird how some commercials has the static, but some don't either. When I first noticed it, it was so bad I had to unplug the rear. I'm honestly not sure if it's any better, or I'm just use to it. Ha
