I have the hole saw with the dust catcher. I still wind up eating some dust.
Either that with the template, or the rotozip will do you well. They still have to paint and point so you can make an oops or two. You can see where the screws are, this will go quicker than you thought.

I keep a box of insulation hangers in the van, basically 100 pieces of coat hanger. Very convenient for hooks, thin long bits, feelers. Worth their weight in gold.
