Clearly the answer is effectively no, so the dealer that told this to me is confused. I asked him point blank several times just to clarify there was no misunderstanding and each time he insisted he has been doing it for several months. I think he is confused and was implying he is using TC remotes or is misinformed. He also said in the same conversation that CCP is being phased out and all programming will reside in TC. He also said since it us wizard based it us much faster than CCP.

Having almost zero experience with TC, I had to ask. I've programmed hundreds of remotes (all models) with CCP, and I think it is a decent program (but I am very familiar with it). I wish the IR DB was cleaner and better organized but I've grown accustomed it.
