Maybe I'm missing something. Original question, as I read it, was can ccp remotes be programmed on accelerator?
My answer, based on
1. being certified on tc
2. conversation at cedia with urc
is no, ccp remotes cannot be programmed on tc accelerator software.
Other answers provided are accurate, just not answering what I perceive is the original question
