You can send commands from CCP remotes to a TC system. Correct. Of course, there is no two way. I dont see much reason to do this except for maybe the waterproof remote since there is no TC waterproof remote. Best to keep the TC world all TC. Why not? I wouldnt go down the road of mixing them. Another caveat is tracking, it can cause problems using CCP remotes. Yes, there are ways around it but its just asking for headaches. My guess is it becomes a consideration to do this when customers already have CCP and wont spend the money for new remotes. Thats when the sales hat needs put on for sure.

CCP remotes are not going away. I cant state that as fact but as common business sense. URC has a large market worldwide for CCP. Just wouldnt make economic sense to abandon that revenue stream. In addition, THIS IS A GUESS, but i would imagine 70% of tech support is TC lol. CCP non network remotes cant possibly have all the calls a networked system would have, could it?
