How is it this Drew guy still works there if it's a running joke on multiple boards about his poor service and everyone immediately gets the joke?
Maybe everyone says their name is Drew, when they slack off and give bad info, kind of the way movie directors who no longer wanted their name associated with a movie, so they put Alan Smithee on the credits.
