Just because they are providing the equipment I'd charge full hourly. Any time the client chooses to provide their own equipment, usually a way for them to save money, I make it clear that it's straight hourly.

In the event that they order the wrong, or broken, or missing part, I bill of the time wasted and they never complain because they know they messed up.
