Those numbers are the individual function codes.  We need to know ehich IR protocol is being used, but it is probably NEC1  (The iView 3500 uses NEC1 device 1, but with different function numbers.)  Perhaps the first page of the DOCX file lists something like "Custom code" or System code.  We need that number also.

Or you could try the 3500STB and see if the "8" key causes the AT103B to perform a Channel Return or if "6" causes a Channel Fav List.  Actually if any signal intended for a iView 3500 causes any sort of reaction in the AT103B, that implies that the IR protocol is NEC1 device 1, and we can just generate Pronto Hec from the numbers like the one you posted.
