The MX-950 uses their proprietary Aurora Editor software, not CCP. The MX-950 is not even listed in CCP. Dunno where you read that on URC's website, and it doesn't say anything about CCP in the MX-950 Owners Manual either.
URC used to have a link for owners to download the MX-950 editor but it seems to be gone now. I'd contact them and see if they'll provide it to you. It's apparently also floating around the internet here and there - quickly found via google.
